Problem: I can't get my materials to upload
Check to see that your recording is in the mp3 format AND does not exceed 15 MB limit
Problem: After completing my registration, I did not receive any receipt from either Authorize.net (the company processing your credit card payment) OR from the Falcone Festival indicating my application had been received.
DO NOT RE-REGISTER! Check your SPAM folder first, and if not there, then contact the Application Team at Applications@falconefestival.org and explain your problem, including your name and division.
Problem: After completing my registration, I discovered a problem with either my personal information (missing or errors) OR with the audio file. DO NOT RE-REGISTER! Contact Jane Goodrich and explain your problem, including your name and division. (Most likely problems: I attached an incorrect file by mistake; I filled in personal information incorrectly)
